How does personalization work?

You can personalize all our items with your own text (e.g your initials or name) free of charge.

How many characters can I add to my product?

You can add up to 10 characters to your case. However, your text will be scaled down after more than 5 characters to make it fit the case.

How long will delivery take?

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Can I return my order?

All of our cases are personalized. Unless your case is damaged or faulty, you can not return your order. If your items are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible for a refund.

Can I change the delivery address?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you have any problems with an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed you can cancel your order within 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the production of your case will start and we are no longer able to cancel the process. If you have any problems with an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.
