We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Gini has the right to adjust prices, product information, product photos and product specification without notice. Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor. Product photos are for illustrational purpose only and should be treated as such.
Shipping times may vary due to reasons out of our control. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3-10 working days. Orders outside of Europe are expected to arrive within 5-21 days. All shipping options have different expected delivery times.
Unless your case is damaged or faulty, customized cases are not refundable and/or exchangeable. If you believe something is wrong with your case, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers will receive a compensation for the shipping costs if the case is damaged or faulty.
If you believe your case is damaged in transport, please contact the carrier of your package.
Gini will not be liable for any damage caused by our products.
